    • ALPHA OMEGA LIGHTING LED Fixture Limited Warranty

    Alpha Omega Lighting provides the limited warranty for its entire product line of commercial LED, industrial LED and horticulture HID and LED lighting fixtures.  The Limited Warranty warrants the products to be free of manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship.  The standard limited warranty is 1, 5, 7 and 10 years.  Our warranty starts the day of purchase.  Our warranty only applies to the purchaser and does not transfer to another party whom is not the original purchaser.  Please confirm with your sales person the day of purchase the warranty you will get with your purchase.  ONE and THREE year is when the fixture working period is 24 hours per day.  FIVE year is when the fixture working period is 12 hours per day and THREE years for working period over 12hours per day. SEVEN year is when the fixture working period is 12 hours per day and FIVE years for working period over 12hours per day.  TEN years is when the fixtures working period is 12 hours per day and SEVEN years for working period over 12hours per day.

     

    The 1-year limited warranty is exclusively for the commercial and industrial HID lighting products, including CMH and HPS lamps.  The 3-year limited warranty is for the commercial and industrial HID lighting products, including CMH and HPS double ended fixtures.  The 5-year limited warranty includes all commercial LED, industrial LED and horticulture LED grow lighting products, see Alpha Omega Lighting’s Terms and Conditions for a more detailed list of warranties. The 7-year limited warranty is exclusively for the commercial LED LHB01 Linear High Bay and commercial LED TL01 Horticulture Top Light fixtures.  The 10-year limited warranty is exclusively for commercial LED and industrial LED HB01, HB03, HB07, HB08 and HB09 High Bay fixtures and the commercial and industrial LED TL01 Horticulture Top Light.  All commercial LED lighting products are available in 5-year limited warranty.  All industrial LED lighting products are available in 5-year limited warranty.  All horticulture LED Grow lighting products are available in the 5-year limited warranty.   

     

    All ten-year warranty products are different from the five-year warranty products, as they have more expensive components and cost more.  Alpha Omega Lighting reserves the right to provide the customer the failed fixture as reconditioned, repaired, new fixture or parts as replacement, and the aforementioned provisions do not extend the original warranty period of the unit which has been repaired or replaced by the manufacturer.  The Customer would also be required to send back the failures freight prepaid to Alpha Omega Lighting when getting a RGA Number (Return Goods Authorization Number).  Alpha Omega Lighting will undertake freight for shipping replacement to customers in the first 3 years.

     

    Customers should cooperate with below terms

    1. 1. The customer is responsible to provide evidences such as photo to the Supplier to prove the products to be replaced are really defective.
    2. 2. In case of product defects occurring during transportation and found by the customer while the shipment arrives, the customer has the right to refuse to sign the shipment and inform the Supplier to process.
    3. 3. The customer shall provide the working period, working temperature, input/operating voltage and if any surges should be noted.
    4. 4. The customer shall provide the description of the failure, pictures of the failure, purchase invoice of the failed fixture.
    5. 5. The customer shall determine the need for surge protection before placing an order.

     

    ALPHA OMEGA LIGHTING Warranty covers all commercial LED, industrial LED and horticulture LED lighting products that are completely failed and does not apply if the failure is caused or contributed by any of the following:

    1. 1. Abnormal or unusual operating conditions or applications.
    2. 2. Application of improper power supply.
    3. 3. Improper Installation methods.
    4. 4. Electrical current surges caused by lightning or other catastrophic acts of God or occurrences.
    5. 5. Improper transportation or poor packing/packaging when returning the product to ALPHA OMEGA LIGHTING.
    6. 6. Installations where ambient temperatures exceed the published temperature ratings of the fixture.
    7. 7. Other reasons, but not limited to the following: Negligence, misuse, mishandling, vandalism, electrical current fluctuations, excessive vibration, harmonic oscillation, alteration, accidents, corrosive environment. Failure to follow proper installation, operating, maintenance or environmental procedures furnished by seller or local electrical codes.

     

    Exceptions

    Alpha Omega Lighting has the right to charge a maintenance fee if the below conditions are met:

    1. 1. The commercial LED, industrial LED or horticulture HID and LED grow light fixtures are out of the validity date of guarantee
    2. 2. The damage is due to force majeures as flood, wind, fire, earthquake, lightning strike, typhoon and or other natural disasters
    3. 3. The structure or circuits of the commercial LED, industrial LED or horticulture HID and LED grow light fixtures have been modified by others or a third party

     

    Disclaimer

    Alpha Omega Lighting will not reimburse or pay for unexpected costs or expenses such as labor, equipment rental or other costs associated with removal or reinstallation of the product, even if it is ultimately deemed to be defective.

     

    Alpha Omega Lighting reserves the right to modify the above warranty statement at its own discretion and at anytime deemed necessary for its own purpose.

     

    Alpha Omega Lighting reserves the right to replace defective parts and repair a defective fixture in lieu of replacement with a new fixture.
